Generations Autoglass is happy to accept all major insurance companies. If you file a glass claim with your insurance company, you can request Generations Autoglass to do your work for you, no matter who they recommend. We can take your deductible after your appointment and bill the insurance for the rest.
If you need help filing a glass claim with your insurance, we would be glad to help you along the process, or even speak to the insurance with you, but we are not allowed to file the claim FOR you.

When we replace any windshield with integrated safety systems (ADAS), it is customary for us to also recalibrate the system to ensure it is functioning properly with your new glass.
Upon request, we will also provide a pre- and post- calibration scan result with any trouble codes your vehicle may have stored in it's computer.
If you have had an installation done with another company and would like us to perform your ADAS recalibration afterwards, we are happy to do so! However, be mindful that the success of the calibration will depend on the quality of the installation done by someone else, and we cannot control that.

The Autoglass market fluctuates constantly and without warning.
Prices nationwide rise and drop every week, and we have no control over it.
With this in mind, we are able to honor any quote made within 14 days of the scheduled appointment. Any quote made and not scheduled within 14 days will need to be re-quoted to ensure accurate pricing.
If additional equipment is required to complete your installation, you will be notified before the job is started, and we will never hide any surprise fees prior to your appointment.

If you are paying out of pocket, keep in mind that original manufacturer glass is typically much more expensive, meets the same safety and clarity standards as aftermarket, and fits your vehicle the same. We do not control the cost of glass.
If you are using your insurance, the insurance company tells us what glass we are allowed to install. For them to consider OEM glass, you must request it when filing your claim. There are three possible outcomes:
Please understand, at the end of the day, we would love to tell your insurance company that we will only install OEM in your vehicle.
No glass company has any control over this. We cannot tell them what we want to do. They pay the bill, so they tell us what we have to do.
